The conference "AT21/ Past and contemporary building techniques" was born within the framework of the research and teaching activities between the University of Chieti and Pescara - DdA (UNICH), the University of Pisa - D.E.S.TeC. (UNIPI) and the École Nationale d'Architecture Marrakech (ENAM).

The cycle of meetings aims to deepen the relationships between architecture, form and structure for the definition of contemporary design strategies aligned with the themes of sustainable development.

The meetings are in telematic mode in order to meet the needs of distance learning occurred in March 2020 due to the pandemic of Covid19 in order to involve the largest number of teachers, researchers and students, both Italian and foreign.
